Mark’s seminars will help Actors of all ages understand the principals of getting into the film industry and what to expect.

  • Action Acting that works for TV & Film
  • How to Play to the Camera for the best scene
  • Developing Dialogue for the Camera
  • Set Safety

Mark will help Character Actors/Stunt Performers learn how to Develop Dialogue for the camera! He will also go over the art of Stunt Performing. Every Actor needs Action Training and every Stunt Player needs Acting Skills and Techniques. Mark will teach from beginner to advanced levels. All attendees will have a chance to perform on camera and create materials for their demo reel. Mark will rehearse students in Beginners Comedy. You will  get Actual Film Reel Footage for their training and talent agents. 

Children under 16 are welcome to bring an adult guardian to observe the entire weekend (comic con ticket is separate for this guardian)

To all of my actor and stunt friends, Albuquerque Comic Con is partnering with stunt legend Mark De-Alessandro who has been Sylvester Stallone’s Stunt double in dozens of films, to do a 2 day stunt seminar on action acting. Price is $175 for 2 days and include a 3 day pass to Albuquerque Comic Con. Price will increase to $250 at the door for this class.

 
This 2 day seminar will teach both fighting on camera, and acting through fight sequences. Your pass will get you into both classes as a participant. At the end of the 2 day seminar each member will receive a certificate of completion, the ability to record their lessons on their own recording devices, and a video letter of recommendation from Stunt Coordinator Mark DeAlessandro.
January 14th from 3pm to 5pm Fight Choreography
January 15th from 2pm to 5pm Action Acting combined with Fight Choreography
